Returns Policy

Vintage & Wood Co’s aim is to meet customer expectations and provide peace of mind when shopping online through the website.

To provide this peace of mind, Vintage & Wood Co offer a simple return policy that allows items Ito be return for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, excluding return postage. 

If you wish to return an item, for whatever reason, you may do so from 14 days of reciept by initially contacting Vintage & Wood Co through the contact page on the website, where return details will be provided.

If after 14 days of receipt of the item has passed, then unfortunately Vintage & Wood Co will not be able to offer a refund.

Items being sent back must be sent via a secure tracked method, ideally with the original packaging where possible.

If returning an item from overseas, please ensure that the package is clearly marked Return Of Goods, otherwise import charges will be applied.

Return postage is at the cost of the customer. 

Items must arrive back in the condition they were sent , if they do not then Vintage & Wood Co  reserve the right not to offer a full refund.

Once an item has been returned and inspected to ensure it is as supplied, a full refund of the item inclusive of original postage, will be returned via the same payment method used to purchase the item.
